Accounts Receivable Customer Service Officer

We are currently recruiting for multiple Accounts Receivable Customer Service Officers for a government department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving debt-related issues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service engagements to resolve debt-related issues
- Manage telephone contacts, customer correspondence, and administrative tasks
- Meet service delivery performance and statutory obligations
- Proven customer service skills with an ability to meet performance call handling targets
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and quality control
- Professional and mature with sound judgment to handle confidential or sensitive matters
- Diligent with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in a customer service center
- Competent at intermediate level in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- Certificate in Business/Finance or equivalent
