Role Overview
- This role will lead the implementation of a data-driven performance improvement strategy that focuses on achieving optimal operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
About You:
- You will have at least 5 years of experience working in an operational environment, preferably within the aviation sector or performance improvement domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, with the ability to handle complex and incomplete data sets.
- You will be able to translate data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes and possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A proven track record of leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams, is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer experiences.
- Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that address root causes.
- Create tools and processes to monitor performance, manage risk, and support continuous improvement.
