Job Title: Concierge Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Concierge Supervisor. This key role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert knowledge of local attractions and services, and ensuring seamless guest journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel valued and respected throughout their stay.
  • Partner collaboratively with the hotel team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Offer tailored advice and recommendations on local events, restaurants, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with local trends, network with local tourist organizations, and maintain a deep understanding of the local area.
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of guest luggage, mail, and taxi services.
  • Support the Head Concierge in rostering, performance management, development, and training for the Concierge department.
