Procurement Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Transformation Specialist to lead the implementation of a transformative procurement program.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve procurement processes and operations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Providing high-quality advice on procurement operations and commercial matters.
  • Leading research, analysis, and preparation of submissions, reports, and correspondence.
About You
  • Proven experience in leading procurement transformation initiatives in complex public or private sector environments.
  • Senior-level operational experience in the end-to-end procurement value chain, including contract negotiation.
  • Advanced communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to construct and deliver against project plans, manage competing priorities, and take personal responsibility for meeting objectives.
