Role Overview

We are on a mission to build a high-performing team, and we need someone to help us achieve this goal. As our People Operations Specialist, you will own the complexity of finding exceptional people and drive targeted candidate attraction strategies.

You will be responsible for designing, running, and continuously improving our certification program, ensuring that each Expert's technical capability, quality, and cultural fit are validated before joining the marketplace.

In addition to certification, you will also oversee and optimize our pairing framework, matching verified skills with customer needs, scope, and complexity. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver clear briefs, context, and communication protocols, ensuring smooth transitions between teams and Experts.

As a proactive problem solver, you will anticipate potential challenges in the certification, onboarding, and pairing processes and implement solutions before issues escalate.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Certification & Employee Onboarding
    • Design and run the certification program, including assessment criteria, rubrics, and validation processes.
    • Onboard new Experts and employees, creating end-to-end onboarding programs that set them up for success from day one.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Oversee and optimize the pairing framework, matching talent to work based on verified skills and customer needs.
    • Manage resource allocation workflows, maintaining visibility over talent availability and assigning the right Experts at the right time.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Proactively identify and recruit high performers through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
    • Execute talent attraction strategies and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier candidates.

Requirements

  • Operational expertise in business operations or people operations/HR, particularly within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical requirements, training materials, and performance feedback.
