About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our group, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch services for hydraulic hoses, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient job management.

This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for repairing and installing hydraulic hoses by responding to customer breakdown service calls. Additionally, you will have opportunities to grow professionally, expand your skillset, and access our comprehensive personal development program.

Main Objectives:

  • Implement and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures to achieve zero Lost Time Injuries (LTIs)
  • Offer innovative hydraulic hose repair solutions to customers experiencing hydraulic faults on their machinery or plant
  • Maintain accurate data entry in our cloud-based system
  • Achieve zero call backs on work performed
  • Contribute suggestions to improve work processes related to your role
