**Primary Responsibilities**:
As a Hydraulic Fitter, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Stripping, rebuilding, and modifying hydraulic components.
- Testing components for accuracy and troubleshooting any faults.
- Maintaining accurate records of parts used and reporting inadequate stock levels.
- Providing assistance to team members and mentoring Apprentice Fitters.
- Ensuring quality and continuous improvement in all tasks.

**Essential Position Requirements**:
To qualify for this role, you must have:

- Solid knowledge of hydraulic function and the ability to read hydraulic circuits and interpret schematic drawings.
- Experience in rebuilding and modifying mechanical components.
- Proficiency in machining operations, including lathe and mill operation, and fabrication skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering and a current manual driver's license.
- Forklift License and Certificate IV in Fluid Power (desirable).
- Strong planning, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 43 per week
