**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules from estimation to completion.
* Implement effective resource allocation within schedules.
* Engage in discussions on progress, critical paths, and risk mitigation.
* Analyze and provide feedback on CAPEX cost estimates.
* Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather accurate cost data and validate estimates.
* Assess estimates for labour, materials, equipment, and other project costs.
* Produce reports including S-curves, quantity/man-hour summaries, forecasts, milestone tables, and critical path analysis.
* Develop content for project reporting and monthly progress meetings.
* Assist with Technical Investment Memo development and project cost management.
* Foster relationships with teams across Australia and Spain for integrated project delivery.
**Requirements:**
* Degree in engineering or relevant discipline.
* Experience in project cost, estimating, and schedule control.
* Deep understanding of planning and construction methodologies including first principles estimation experience.
* Formal training in project programming software (preferably Primavera) and advanced in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
