Transforming business success requires a strategic technology approach. As a Practice Lead, you will shape the practice strategy and execute a business plan aligned with company goals.

The role demands effective implementation of the plan regionally and ensuring high satisfaction among teammates and clients. You must uphold core values of hunger, heart, and harmony, leading by example, delegating, and sharing responsibilities within your team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing practice utilization and profit and loss.
  • Sales engagement including vendor relationship management, pre-sales, input into strategy and execution
  • Delivery Management and Technical Delivery as required.
  • Managing a team of approximately 20 Data and AI Specialists in Perth and Adelaide.

We are seeking an experienced professional with extensive experience in leading a Data and AI practice within an IT organization. A solid technical background with Azure Data Platform is essential, along with a proven track record of managing complex projects for enterprise clients and business development and pre-sales experience.
