This is an opportunity to leverage your centre management experience across multiple retail assets, mentor and develop Centre Managers, step into business planning at portfolio level, represent us at client meetings, and drive performance across multiple assets.

As a Retail Portfolio Manager, you'll oversee up to 8 Centre Managers while managing a diverse retail portfolio. You'll combine your operational expertise with leadership responsibilities, contributing to business development and client strategy.

Our ideal candidate has proven Centre Manager experience with strong operational and financial results, leadership potential, strong client relationship skills, practical problem-solving abilities, financial acumen, market knowledge of Melbourne's retail landscape, and an Agent's Representative licence.
