Job Overview

The role of a Manager involves overseeing cross-border payments operations, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant processing across multi-currency rails. This position bridges various departments while managing liquidity, settlement and risk controls in our global payment infrastructure.

This includes initiating payments, validating beneficiaries, converting currencies, routing through SWIFT, SEPA, CHIPS/Fedwire and settling transactions. Additionally, it involves monitoring cash flows, optimizing payout routes and managing bank relationships.

A strong understanding of regulatory regimes, ERP/TMS systems and reconciliation processes is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills with proven project and vendor management experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payment Operations: Initiate payments, validate beneficiaries, convert currencies and settle transactions.
  • Liquidity Management: Monitor cash flows, optimize payout routes and manage bank relationships.
  • Compliance & Risk: Apply KYC/AML screening, perform sanctions checks and maintain audit trails.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, provide leadership dashboards and resolve payment inquiries/disputes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in payments, treasury or operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-border payment rails and regulatory regimes.
  • Experience with ERP/TMS systems and reconciliation processes.
  • Analytical mindset with proven project and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and advanced MS Excel.
