Senior Cross Border Payment Specialist

This is a key leadership position that oversees the end-to-end process of cross-border payment operations. The goal is to ensure timely and accurate processing across multiple currencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Payment Execution: Manage the initiation, validation, conversion, routing, and settlement of payments through various channels.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize multi-currency cash flows, including payout routes and bank/PSP relationships.
- Risk and Compliance: Apply Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening, sanctions checks, risk assessments, and maintain audit trails.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), provide leadership dashboards, and resolve payment inquiries/disputes.
- 5+ years of experience in payments, treasury, or operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of cross-border payment rails and regulatory regimes.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Treasury Management System (TMS) systems and reconciliation processes.
- Analytical mindset with proven project and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in English and advanced Microsoft Excel.
