**About the role:**

We are seeking an experienced Tender Specialist to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding position, you will play a key role in lifting the tender win rate across new and existing business opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the development of high-quality submissions for tenders, ensuring timely delivery and approval from all stakeholders.
  • Supporting the sales team with the creation of PowerPoint presentations, capability statements, and proposals.
  • Assisting in the maintenance of a comprehensive tender library.

**Requirements:**

Exceptional writing and editing skills, preferably with corporate tender writing or editing experience.

Intermediate to advanced Graphic Design skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience in the fleet industry is valued but not essential.

Tender question analysis and the ability to distill complex concepts into simple, compelling statements.

Advanced MS Word skills and the ability to create high volumes of written content under tight deadlines.

Excellent time management and autonomy, as well as strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
