Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting the next generation of digital engagement.

Your primary focus will be on establishing technical solutions for our digital products and services, enabling re-use, flexibility, and scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to realize modern, sophisticated, and simple digital experiences for our internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, cloud computing, and integration. You will be responsible for leading the development of complex financial engagement platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and highly resilient.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10-15+ years of relevant experience in software development and leadership
  • Stakeholder management, influence, and engaging across technology, architecture, and business teams
  • Product development, solutions design, service design, technical solutions, functional and non-functional requirements, testing for complex financial engagement
  • Cloud, integration, data exchange, platform architecture, hands-on engineering expertise, scalable platforms and products, componentized and service-based design
