About the Role

This position plays a pivotal part in spearheading software development initiatives. As Senior Software Development Lead, you will oversee the design and implementation of complex software solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable software applications using C# (.NET) and JavaScript/TypeScript (ReactJS)
  • Support and guide the team in planning and prioritizing work within agile sprint cycles
  • Contribute to software architecture and solution design, ensuring robustness and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify, evaluate and prioritize technical solutions aligned with business goals
  • Lead and facilitate the development process from initial concept through to successful launch

Key performance indicators include monitoring and ensuring the team consistently meets Service Level Objectives. Staying current with industry best practices and emerging technologies is essential for continuously improving our development standards.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience
  • 2+ years in a technology-focused leadership role
  • Strong programming skills in C# (.NET), JavaScript, TypeScript (ReactJS)
  • Proven expertise in software architecture and solution design
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, including continuous integration and deployment
  • Experience working with Azure Cloud Services
  • Familiarity with event-driven microservice architectures
  • Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
