For 30 years, millions of Australians have chosen a preferred footwear retailer. With over 200 stores across Australia and a portfolio of brands including Wildfire, Vybe, and Olympus, the right applicant will join a driven digital brand team.

This role suits a final-year student or recent graduate with a passion for creating content or graphic design.

The Position:

We seek a self-motivated, attentive, and creative individual to create engaging content across various social platforms while assisting in other areas of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and produce content for digital and social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain a strong online presence by staying up-to-date with trends and posting relevant story content.
  • Schedule social media and EDM content across all brands according to the content calendar.
  • Photograph and edit product stock for e-commerce platforms.
  • Perform light graphic design tasks when required.
  • Report to the Digital Content Manager weekly.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager and Head of Brand, eCommerce, and CX.
  • Work closely with our creative ad agency to amplify our brand identity.

To be Successful:

  • A degree in graphic design, photography, or a similar field (not essential but preferred).
  • Previous experience in a similar role (not essential but preferred).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to forward plan and work highly organised.
  • Ability to work positively and effectively as part of a team and autonomously.
  • An extensive understanding of various social channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Professional communication skills to represent our brand in all day-to-day communications both internally and externally.
