Job Title: Digital Content Specialist">We are seeking a creative, versatile and driven individual to join our Brand & Content team. This role is critical to supporting the growth of our organization across digital channels.This specialist will support campaigns across core business pillars and help scale our marketing capacity so the team can continue to be a proactive driver of growth.The ideal candidate will be hands-on creating and distributing content across social, email, web, and video, while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and schedule engaging content across social media, email, and web platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign priorities.
  • Write and edit compelling copy for different formats including blogs, video scripts, social captions, and email campaigns.
  • Partner with clinical, product, training, and sales teams to create content that educates, supports, and activates customers across the journey.
  • Capture customer insights and stories (online and in-person) to bring authenticity into campaigns and content outputs.
  • Support large-scale campaign and event delivery, including key activations, by producing and distributing content before, during, and after events.
  • Report on content performance, analyse results, and share insights to continuously improve channel impact.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable marketing processes and repeatable systems that make it easier to leverage our best content across markets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience creating and distributing social media and digital content, with strong reporting and performance insights.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different digital channels.
  • A solid understanding of how content works across website, social, email, and blog formats.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like CapCut and Canva (or similar) for editing, designing, and producing digital content.
  • Comfort working both behind and in front of the camera, and confidence engaging with customers directly to source stories or insights.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and keep content quality high in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or another CMS/email platform.
  • Active on social media with an eye for trends and how to apply them in a business context.
