Randstad Senior Finance is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new ERP system for a high-growth energy company in Melbourne.
This role will be based in Richmond and will require the successful candidate to spend the majority of their time in the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the ERP Implementation: Spearhead the implementation of Dynamics Business Central, working closely with the implementation vendor partner.
- Process Improvement: Analyse and redesign existing finance processes, moving from manual, Excel-based workflows to best-practice, system-driven solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between the vendor and internal business units, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring project alignment.
- Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, including reviewing the statement of work and challenging deliverables.
- Change Management: Drive internal change management, guiding finance teams through new processes and system adoption.
Requirements include a proven track record of managing a full ERP implementation preferably with experience implementing Dynamics Business Central. The ideal candidate will have significant functional exposure to Dynamics Business Central from a finance perspective, a deep understanding of how an ERP system impacts financial processes and workflows, and be a natural leader with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
