The Role

We are seeking a litigation expert to join our team.

This is an opportunity for someone with at least 5 years' legal experience Post Admission to contribute to our commercial litigation practice.

You will work closely with senior lawyers to develop and collaborate, as well as mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team.

Our team handles various matters including:

  • Providing comprehensive advice on corporate governance.
  • Advising insolvency practitioners and conducting litigation relating to restructures and insolvent entities.
  • Defending investigations and prosecutions brought by regulatory bodies against companies and individuals for breaches of legislation.
  • Resolving shareholder oppression actions.
  • Conducting litigation in regards to disputed contract rights and obligations.
  • Advising responsible entities and trustees on the operation and management of their schemes.
  • Acting for parties in joint venture, partnership and M&A disputes.
