Your Responsibilities
- Proactive Claims Management: Oversee a portfolio of claims, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain a service-oriented approach, prioritizing early intervention and the interests of all parties involved.
- Analytical Review: Assess liability and quantum, resolving claims within your delegated authority efficiently.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in personal injury law or public liability claims. Ideal candidates will possess:
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in personal injury law.
- Extensive experience in managing public liability claims, particularly PIPA claims.
- A comprehensive understanding of the claims process from initiation to resolution, including participation in settlement discussions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to manage claims independently while receiving support from your team manager.
