We are seeking a highly skilled Business Improvement Specialist to join our Major Projects Office group at Powerlink Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining a high standard of business and strategic maturity across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of a project review and lessons learned program to drive continuous improvement and strategic objectives.
- Facilitate and lead the preparation of high-quality business improvement and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including through facilitation of workshops and the implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Provide specialist process analysis, optimization, improvement, innovation, and change management expertise to support the delivery of efficient and innovative business improvements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with peers, customers, and stakeholders across Powerlink Queensland to understand, learn, influence, and align Major Projects Division improvement projects and activities.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Improvement Specialist who possesses a degree-level qualification in business, quality management, engineering, or an allied discipline. You will have demonstrated ability in the development, maintenance, and implementation of project review and lessons learned programs, as well as experience in facilitating and documenting strategy, business, and process reviews.
You will also have proven skills in project management, business analysis, process analysis, optimization, improvement, and change management. Previous experience working within and contributing to the standards of an organization certified to Quality Management System certified to ISO9001 would be an advantage.
