About This Role

As a seasoned professional in Operations Management, you will lead our NSW Operations/Production team during an exciting period of growth.

  • Ensure efficient operations by overseeing the performance of the NSW Operations.
  • Enable business expansion through process setup to scale up production.
  • Manage a team at our Seven Hills facility and ensure all production plans align with company targets.
  • Develop operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Drive efficiency improvements through materials, inventory, and process optimization.
  • Take responsibility for quality controls and production KPIs.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in an Operations Management role, with strong delegation skills, effective communication abilities, and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
