Our mission is to serve communities in need through aviation.

For many years, we have been operating in the Asia Pacific region, providing transportation services and support to remote communities and missions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead and direct our operations as Regional Director for Asia Pacific.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives that align with our overall mission and priorities.
  • Lead and mentor Country Directors to facilitate effective program performance and support their growth.
  • Oversee staff training and development, ensuring staff care on a personal, spiritual, and corporate level.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, including HR policies, financial management, risk mitigation, and regulatory policies.
  • Participate in the Operations Leadership Team, addressing operational challenges and contributing to strategic planning across all regions.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong track record of leadership and general management experience at a senior level within a charity context.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building abilities.
