We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team at Tal Services Limited. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders and business units to develop and implement people-related strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to people managers to enhance their leadership skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to identify and address people-related insights and opportunities.
- Develop and implement programs to drive business outcomes, including talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and people management.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering business outcomes through HR initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex people-related problems.
