About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team at Tal Services Limited. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders and business units to develop and implement people-related strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to people managers to enhance their leadership skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to identify and address people-related insights and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement programs to drive business outcomes, including talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and people management.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering business outcomes through HR initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex people-related problems.
