Heavy Duty Fitter Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced heavy duty fitter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in maintaining, testing, and repairing diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems, and hydraulic systems on construction equipment and other heavy plant machinery/equipment.

  • Maintenance tasks include routine servicing & lubrication, as well as periodic preventative and corrective maintenance.
  • The successful candidate must be able to inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other parts on construction equipment and other heavy plant machinery/equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will need to have:

  • Experience with Hitachi, CAT, Volvo, Komatsu, and Doosan Excavators
  • Bobcat skid steer loader and excavator experience is also required
