Key Responsibilities

  • Identify market trends and opportunities to grow our business and lead the industry forward
  • Provide specialized property valuation and advisory services within established guidelines

  • Conduct valuations within your specific sector/market
  • Maintain awareness of the commercial property market
  • Analyze comparable transaction evidence effectively
  • Refer opportunities to other locations and product lines as appropriate
  • Engage actively in product line meetings, seminars, and workshops
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets monthly and manage accounts receivable
  • Complete necessary documentation for timely and accurate invoicing
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional growth

To excel in this demanding role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in a property-related field and Certified Practicing Valuer accreditation
  • Minimum Associate Membership of the API (or the ability to obtain membership)
  • Awareness of property risks and adherence to our in-house quality assurance methodology
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to inform sound business decisions
  • Commercial understanding of strategy formulation and implementation
  • Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate strong business relationships with key stakeholders
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
