Raytheon Australia is a trusted partner for Defence asset management services, providing whole-of-life asset management expertise across a significant fleet of equipment. As a key member of the Engineering and Product Support Teams, the Supply Support Team Lead will oversee a team responsible for strategic asset management activities, supporting the achievement of contracted fleet capability and availability outcomes.

This challenging role involves leading Asset Coordinators, managing inventory levels, and ensuring material control integrity. The successful candidate will analyse complex problems, implement effective solutions, and provide KPI reports to identify performance trends and drive remediation efforts.

To succeed in this position, you'll need a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation or Distribution, and at least 5 years' experience in relevant fields. Exposure to Defence sustainment programs is desirable, as is the ability to lead multiple teams and subordinate leaders.

Job Requirements
