Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Supply Chain Specialist to lead the supply chain aspects of sub-projects. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and managing a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate and manage a wide array of commercial contracts, including NDAs, development, manufacturing and support services contracts, and contract variations.
- Develop procurement strategies and priorities and drive their delivery through effective stakeholder relationships and thorough understanding of program requirements.
- Conduct complex approach to market activities (RFx), analyze and evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate supplier deviations to subcontract provisions, and recommend final supplier selection.
- Monitor and report subcontract cost, schedule and status and recommend or implement corrective action as necessary.
Responsibilities Continued
You will also provide expert advice to project managers and other stakeholders on all subcontracting activities related to your program of work.
