Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve personal sales volume targets set monthly.
  • Introduce customers to our business managers for finance and insurance, as well as our aftermarket team.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Maintain a well-presented showroom at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with assigned brands, products, and services, as well as competitors' products.

About You:

  • Be driven and sales-savvy.
  • Demonstrate a customer-first approach.
  • Thrive on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication, trust-building, and understanding their needs.
  • Be motivated by individual and team achievement of success.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is highly regarded.
  • Possess a current driver's license and sales license.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
