Customer Delivery Support Officer Job Description

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Delivery Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Customer Delivery Team, you will be responsible for providing high-level support in an efficient and timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and perform administration support across the Customer Delivery Team including but not limited to the organisation of correspondence, enquiries and complaints, ministerial related activities and team scheduling and diary management.
  • Liaise and coordinate information with external and internal key stakeholders and committees as required.
  • Coordinate and monitor document management processes and performance.
  • Provide support to Lead Customer Delivery and Manager, Customer Support as required.
  • Support Customer Outcomes Co-ordinator to ensure correspondence (including complaints and Priority 1 correspondence) and other enquiries are dealt with in a customer-focused way and within operating licence and legislative requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Substantial support and administrative experience in a similar role within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict timeframes.
  • Proficient data entry skills.
