Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, the Cleaning Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading teams to deliver exceptional results, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership
  • Manage and maintain cleaning standards through regular audits and achieve contractual service level KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective rostering and contract management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and escalate any issues or concerns to the relevant authorities.
  • Train and onboard new team members in day-to-day operations, OH&S protocols, and company policies.
  • Liaise and communicate with site managers and key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supervising and managing multiple site operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated high-level customer service and management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
