Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled leader to manage our cleaning operations in Western Australia, covering both metropolitan and southern regions.
This is a 9-month contract opportunity with a highly competitive remuneration package. You will be responsible for prioritizing and planning daily tasks, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team to deliver exceptional cleaning services across multiple sites.
- Implement quality control measures through regular audits, achieving service level agreements, and meeting budget expectations.
- Liaise with store managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, providing training and support to new team members.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain uniformity, and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in supervising teams and managing multiple sites.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Competency in MS Excel and technology, with a proven track record of using these tools to drive business results.
- A full driver's license and willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
