In this critical position, you will be responsible for delivering timely and effective assistance to travellers in distress, utilising your problem-solving skills and expertise to provide tailored advice and support. Your primary objective will be to maintain a calm and empathetic demeanour throughout each interaction, while also working closely with our medical team to locate suitable healthcare providers and facilitate payment for medical expenses.
