We are seeking a visionary leader to take on the role of Head of Stakeholder Engagement at Tas Networks. As a key player in shaping the future of Tasmania's energy landscape, you will be responsible for leading and delivering exceptional communication and engagement strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to enhance a positive brand and build meaningful community relationships.
- Take ownership of Tas Networks' stakeholder maturity, community engagement, and Energy Charter strategies.
- Lead a team of diverse professionals in delivering stakeholder engagement initiatives in line with regulatory and community requirements.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, including ministers, government agencies, and peak bodies.
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about driving positive brand and stakeholder engagement, holding relevant tertiary qualifications, and proven success in a similar senior leadership role (10+ years experience). You will be contemporary and dynamic in your approach, with the ability to influence and build and maintain strong trust-based stakeholder relationships.
What's on OfferThis is a Permanent full-time opportunity which can be based at any of our offices across the State, offering a healthy remuneration and benefits package. Relocation assistance is also available to preferred candidates not currently living in Tasmania.
