We are seeking an exceptional Security Professional to deliver outstanding customer service and emergency response capabilities at a high-profile retail site.

About The Opportunity

This role requires a current Security License, Control Room License, and First Aid & CPR certificate.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their premises, and the public.

Your duties will include delivering high-quality security services with a customer-centric approach, monitoring and patrolling assigned premises, and responding promptly to emergencies and calls for assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality security services with a customer-centric approach.
  • Monitor, patrol, and safeguard assigned premises.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and calls for assistance while providing necessary support.
  • Assess and mitigate risks in various situations.
  • Manage access control to ensure secure entry and exit points.
  • Draft detailed incident reports and maintain accurate data logs.
  • Utilize CCTV systems for monitoring and surveillance.
  • Perform concierge and reception duties, delivering professional and welcoming service.
  • Handle administrative tasks to support site operations.

  • Exceptional personal presentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and flexibility to work rotating rosters, including nights and weekends.
