Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive early learning program that aligns with current early years thinking and practice.
- Maintain effective relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community through open communication and active engagement.
- Document and share children's learning and development with families to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's progress.
- Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Rumpus Room Curriculum, ensuring its successful integration into our educational programs.
- Participate in ongoing professional learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to contribute to a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
