Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive early learning program that aligns with current early years thinking and practice.
  • Maintain effective relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community through open communication and active engagement.
  • Document and share children's learning and development with families to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's progress.
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Rumpus Room Curriculum, ensuring its successful integration into our educational programs.
  • Participate in ongoing professional learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to contribute to a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
