**Senior Marketing Specialist**: Our organization supports students with academic challenges, offering a 12-month senior transitions program. We foster a safe environment to help these students achieve their goals and progress towards further learning or employment.

**Your Role**: As Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be based at our campus and report to the executive team. Your primary responsibility is to develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities include**:

  • Developing promotional materials, including marketing and communication strategies;
  • Coordinating events such as graduation ceremonies and staff professional development days;
  • Producing school publications, maintaining website content, and managing social media presence;

**Requirements**:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools/platforms;
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
