Senior Project Manager Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial scoping and stakeholder engagement through to design, procurement, construction, and handover.

  • Lead multiple small, large, and complex projects with commercial input and delivery expertise.
  • Manage project start-up activities and processes, including project leadership and strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery partners through effective stakeholder management.
  • Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance through risk and issue management.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and address delays and risks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven project and team management experience in construction industries.
  • Strong client-facing communication and teamwork skills, as well as ability to create and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong management and solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management as you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc).
