Senior Case Worker

This position involves working with vulnerable children and families to assess and address allegations of abuse and neglect.
The role requires the ability to conduct thorough investigations, develop effective plans, and promote case objectives within specified timeframes.
A valid driver's license and current Working with Children Check (WWCC) card are mandatory qualifications.
The key accountabilities for this position include Critical Assessment and Reflection, Engaging Others, Delivering Results, and Leading and Inspiring.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of child protection principles and practices
- Excellent investigation and assessment skills
