Job Opportunity

The Sales Consultant plays a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey. The successful candidate will represent the brand as a trusted advisor, supporting customers throughout their journey from initial enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a personalized and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
  • Utilize deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
  • Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups
  • Effectively utilize digital tools to maintain accurate customer records and manage sales activity
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints
