About CCA NSW has become a thing of the past. The role we are looking for today is that of an Executive Assistant and Social Media Coordinator, who will be responsible for supporting our Business Executives in their daily tasks.
This position requires a high level of administrative support, with a focus on project management, communication, and marketing/social media skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
The key responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support to the Business Executives and General Manager, preparing and editing documentation, correspondence, agendas, and other papers for meetings and committees, setting up databases and office procedures to meet informational requirements, supporting volunteer recruitment work, participating in the development of Business Plans, Policies, and Procedures, establishing and maintaining databases to provide statistical and other reports, attending committees and meetings, developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating and curating engaging content, monitoring social media trends and analytics, developing compelling and shareable content, collaborating with team members, planning and executing marketing campaigns and fundraising events, tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing and social media efforts, and providing regular reports on key metrics.
Requirements for this role include the ability to follow and implement Business Executive directions and decision-making, sound communication and analytical skills, interpersonal and liaison skills, demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks, proven ability and flexibility to work independently and as a team member, sound knowledge in Administration, project management, Marketing, and Modern computer skills, ability to achieve results with a business-like approach, ability to develop collaborative and productive working relationships, demonstrated drive and integrity, proficiency in using major social media platforms, ability to create engaging and shareable content, understanding of social media analytics and tools, familiarity with SEO and SEM practices, experience with graphic design tools, ability to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly, experience in organizing and promoting events both online and offline, and genuine interest in our mission and values, and an ability to convey passion and commitment through promotional efforts.
