Elevate your career with a dynamic organization in the protein snacking industry. We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to contribute to our warehouse team in Asia Pacific.

We value collaboration, growth, and excellence in everything we do. Our team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including:

  • Staff Management: Provide ongoing training and support to ensure staff maintain required certifications and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory flow, ensure accurate stock records, and maintain optimal warehouse capacity and layout.
  • Health and Safety: Promptly report maintenance issues, near misses, and incidents to ensure a safe working environment.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, oversee inventory management, and ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse. You will also communicate with other departments to ensure material readiness and timely dispatch of finished goods.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably with a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management disciplines. They will also have proven experience handling multiple dispatch and inward goods at once, as well as leading stocktakes and variance investigations.

Requirements
  • Minimum two years experience in a similar role
  • ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency essential
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management disciplines
  • Proven experience handling multiple dispatch and inward goods at once
  • Forklift and reach hoist licenses (F-endorsed desired)
  • Experience leading stocktakes and variance investigations
  • Strong focus on health and safety compliance
