This job involves delivering evidence-based interventions and counseling to clients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. It requires working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies for their recovery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional client care by providing individualized support and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, insurance schemes, employment services, and disability employment services to ensure a smooth transition back to work and life.
  • Minimize the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
  • Conduct vocational and psychological assessments to determine clients' vocational needs, psychological capabilities, and overall functioning.
