Rehabilitation Consultant – Psychologist / Rehabilitation Counsellor – Konekt

Responsibilities
  • Have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or who may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
  • Use clinical expertise and skills to support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
  • Provide brief evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery.
  • Undertake a range of vocational and psychological assessments to determine vocational needs, psychological capabilities and overall functioning to inform and support return to work facilitation.

About The Role

Konekt has an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

Requirements / Eligibility
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
