Job Title: Enterprise Asset System Manager

Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking a dynamic individual to support the effective delivery of enterprise asset lifecycle planning and maintenance systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop Melbourne Polytechnic's Enterprise Asset Management System (Technology One)
  • Deliver system solutions that enhance data accuracy, usability, and decision-making
  • Provide user training and support across departments
  • Ensure compliance with asset data governance and reporting standards
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve system functionality
Skills and Experience Required
  • A relevant degree or qualifications in Asset Management or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with Technology One or similar platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills
  • Ability to lead system upgrades and training programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
