About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Kempsey District Hospital in NSW. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide hands-on clinical pharmacy services, supporting patient care and working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conducting medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
- Dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products
- Coordinating patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
- Supporting patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees
- Educating and advising staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the quality use of medicines
Requirements
- A Registered Pharmacist with current AHPRA registration
- A minimum 1-year experience as a Pharmacist in an Australian-based Pharmacy

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $120,000 per year, plus benefits such as a full-time roster, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, which supports a healthy work-life balance.
