We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Technical Specialist to join our team in Perth.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support across various sites, including AV, hardware and software support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering day-to-day technical assistance and troubleshooting
  • Leading site installations and configurations
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve technical issues nationally
  • Traveling to different locations to provide hands-on support

You will be a strong communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, with a customer-focused approach to your work.

Requirements include:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar standalone IT support role
  • Proven ability to work independently in a hands-on environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with Windows, M365 & MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms)

The ideal candidate must be an Australian Citizen and have or be willing to obtain government security clearance. A valid driver's licence is also required.
