Key Responsibilities- Office Administration
- Oversee and support the Admin staff with recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Ensure compliance with office supervision guidelines, WH&S, and CPD
- Manage office upkeep, including stationery, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate social events, conferences, travel, and accommodation
- Manage staff leave and holiday cover
- Maintain accurate HR records
- Sales Administration
- Prepare sales settlement figures and settlement transactions
- Manage trust accounts, including daily receipting and reconciliation
- Calculate commissions
- Coordinate marketing collateral for agents and properties
- Book auctions and communicate with solicitors/conveyancers
- Requirements
- High-level organization and time management skills, with experience in a Real Estate environment
- Proven experience in implementing new systems and processes
- Current NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence
- Some accounting knowledge is highly regarded
- Work with a leading Real Estate brand
- Multi-office business with market-leading technology
