Warehouse Storeman Forklift Driver

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Storeman Forklift Driver to join our team. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by receiving, storing, and dispatching products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer products to designated storage areas following established procedures.
  • Pick stock for picking lanes according to set guidelines.
  • Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Tackle additional tasks (receiving, returns, dispatch) as assigned by supervisors or managers.
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared targets and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Continuously improve procedures for optimal efficiency in all tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, reporting any incidents, near misses, or hazards to the DC Manager promptly.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines when moving products, prioritizing your health and others' well-being.
  • Follow WHS rules and ensure Safe Working Practices are followed on site.
  • Participate in training and process implementation to minimize incidents and injuries.
  • Process incoming items into the warehouse, adhering to company protocols.
Work Details
  • Permanent Full-Time: Sunday 6:30pm–2:30am, Monday–Thursday 8:00pm–4:00am.
  • $58,000 Annual Base Salary + 30% evening loading + superannuation.
  • Free onsite parking for convenient access to work.
Requirements
  • LF & LO licenses preferred.
  • You've got warehouse experience (appliances, furniture, bulky items a plus).
  • Skilled in safe manual handling and team-oriented.
  • Ability to stay on top of tasks and maintain high standards.
  • Positive attitude, good communication, and willingness to help others.
