Role Overview

Samsung Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Sales Manager to lead our Consumer Electronics division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional managers, store managers, and key proprietors
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales and retail strategies and ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and driving sales performance
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
